Welcome to the Law Office of Kelly C. Cherry
When you are charged with a crime, your life is turned upside down. You are at risk of not only jail time and costs, but also other consequences that might not be so obvious. Just some of the risks are losing your driving privilege, your right to possess a firearm, your right to vote and even certain types of public assistance and student loans.
I will advise you of all the possible consequences and options in your case and ensure that your rights and privileges are protected. I will thoroughly investigate your case and vigorously fight to defend you.
